Sovilay is powered by Chariow, but your purchase is with Sovilay. Chariow is not responsible for your transactions with us. You release Chariow and its affiliates from liability arising from your purchases and interactions with Sovilay.

These Terms and any separate agreements for the Services are governed by the laws of France. You and Sovilay agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Paris, France.
